Samsung may soon launch a Galaxy Fold that doesn't cost over 1,000 euros

SamMobile reports that Samsung will launch a special edition

All those who want to buy a Samsung Galaxy Fold, but the price of 1,822 euros is very high, Samsung has another alternative for those who want a foldable phone. SamMobile reports that Samsung will launch a special edition of the Galaxy Edition in July, at a price of 1,000 euros.

This is based on the news that a Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite is on the way, which may be the same device. According to the report, the cheaper Fold will look like the original Galaxy Fold, but will have last year’s components, allowing Samsung to offer it at a much cheaper price.

Compromises can include a smaller screen, 4G system, and not 5G, while there will be no more memory space than 256GB. However, inside it will be the new Snapdragon 865 processor from Qualcomm.

It’s just that not everything is as it seems because this foldable smartphone will reach only 55 thousand units, while it is not known where it will be distributed.

As for the successor to the original Fold, the Galaxy Fold 2 should be launched in August, along with the Galaxy Note 20, and shouldn’t cost that much, but be much more practical and good.
